Selfish

Tonight I did a 30 minute workout using my new Wii fitness game. During the cardio warmup, Jason walked into the room and I started hamming it up, clapping my hands and grinning. He made fun of me and I said "I'll be smiling when I have all the hot guys around me since I'll be so skinny."

Then he said, "Yeah, but I'll get to smile too - when I tell them you're all mine!"

Then he made some computer printouts that say "Lose 30 pounds together" and taped them on our bathroom mirror and our fridge. I'm so blessed to have his support of my goal, as well as his support in joining me in trying to lose weight. Hopefully, we will keep our motivations high and continue to encourage each other!
